Leiann Davis On OWN’s Ready To Love Season 8
Fitness advocate and realtor Leiann Davis is on OWN’s Ready To Love. Her friend of 20 years sent her the flyer for the show asking Dallas locals to submit their application to be on the show.
She said, “He watches the show regularly and texted me and said “You would be perfect for this show and if you don’t apply I am going to apply for you. “Several days later he confirmed that he submitted my application! I was contacted by a producer the following week and the process began. Without question, I am definitely dating with intention, and I am Ready to Love.”
Speaking about her filming experience, Leiann said that it was a full range of emotions. She is also excited and thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the show. She added, “Lots of anxiety leading up to the start of filming, and anticipation about meeting my cast members. Shoot days can be long and sometimes frustrating. However, I am extremely honored to be chosen for this project and to work with Lighthearted Entertainment, Will Packer Productions, and OWN Network; and of course very hopeful of finding my forever love.”
While working with and getting to know the cast and production is her favorite thing, the elimination process was tough for her and the “least favorite part of the show.”
When asked if she found love in the show, Leiann asked, “Well you will have to tune in and watch the show to see if I found love! First, I want to say that I am so proud of myself for stepping outside my comfort zone and being open to experiencing this journey in front of the world.
